RemoteDesk Terms of Use
By downloading or using RemoteDesk, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and Purpose
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RemoteDesk on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules. RemoteDesk is a remote desktop tool for connecting to Macs.
Your Responsibilities
- Connect only to devices, systems, accounts, networks, and content you own or are authorized to access.
- Keep pairing codes, devices, network settings, and credentials secure.
- Comply with applicable laws and the policies of systems you control.
- Maintain backups before performing remote actions that could change or delete data.
Acceptable Use
Do not use RemoteDesk for unauthorized access, surveillance, disruption, malware delivery, infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where law permits.
Remote Connections
Network quality, router configuration, firewalls, permissions, and remote devices are outside our control. Remote actions can affect real files and systems. You are responsible for confirming the target device and action before sending input.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The free plan supports one saved connection. Pro features may be purchased monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime entitlement.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Prices and availability may vary by storefront. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.
- The lifetime product is a non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every network, or access to any specific remote device.

RemoteDesk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteDesk and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or business arising from use of the app.
Termination and Changes
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate access for a material violation of these terms or where required by law. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
