Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Voice2Notion. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the App

Voice2Notion is an iOS application that allows you to quickly capture notes using your voice and send them directly to your Notion workspace. The app integrates with Notion via the official Notion API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voice2Notion. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Notion Account Requirement

Voice2Notion requires a valid Notion account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion account. We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. and are not responsible for any issues arising from your Notion account or Notion's services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voice2Notion to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden Notion's infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

Voice2Notion and all associated intellectual property — including the app design, code, and branding — are owned by OPC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you create using Voice2Notion and send to Notion remains your own. We claim no ownership over your notes or recordings.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Voice2Notion may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not store your payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

7. Disclaimers

Voice2Notion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors
• Voice transcription will be 100% accurate
• Content will always be successfully delivered to Notion

We are not liable for any data loss, failed transcriptions, or disruptions to Notion connectivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — Voice2Notion, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services including Notion's API and Apple's Speech framework. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these services. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion's Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Voice2Notion at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where OPC operates.
