Voice2Notion ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Voice2Notion iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Voice input: Audio is transcribed locally on your device using Apple's Speech framework. We do not store or transmit raw audio to our servers.
• Notion OAuth token: When you connect your Notion account, we receive and securely store an OAuth access token to write content on your behalf. We do not store your Notion credentials.
• Transcribed text: Text transcribed from your voice is sent directly to your selected Notion page. We do not retain copies of this content.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate with Notion and write content to your chosen pages
• To provide voice transcription and note-taking functionality
• To improve the app experience based on anonymized analytics
• To respond to your support requests

3. Notion Integration

Voice2Notion connects to Notion via the official Notion API using OAuth 2.0. By authorizing the app, you grant Voice2Notion permission to create and update content in the Notion pages you select. You can revoke this access at any time from your Notion account settings under Settings → My connections.

We only request the minimum Notion permissions necessary to provide the service. We do not read or access Notion content beyond what is required for the features you actively use.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your Notion OAuth token is stored securely in Apple's Keychain on your device. We use industry-standard encryption for any data transmitted between the app and Notion's servers.

We do not operate our own backend servers to store your personal data or Notion content.

5. Third-Party Services

• Notion API: Content is sent to Notion's servers per their Privacy Policy.
• Apple Speech framework: Transcription may use Apple's on-device or server-based speech recognition per Apple's privacy practices.

6. Children's Privacy

Voice2Notion is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Revoke Notion access at any time via Notion account settings
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data including your OAuth token
• Contact us to request deletion of any data we may hold

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
