Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using nomo. This is a binding agreement between you and OPC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the App

nomo is an iOS application that turns your Notion databases into a clean, focused calendar view. It connects to your Notion workspace, reads pages with date properties, and lets you view, create, edit, and reschedule entries directly from your iPhone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use nomo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Notion Account Requirement

nomo requires a valid Notion account with at least one database that has a Date property. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion account. We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. and are not responsible for any issues arising from your Notion account or Notion's services.

4. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use nomo on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make it available to any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use nomo to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content to your Notion workspace
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden Notion's infrastructure
• Access or attempt to access another user's Notion data without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

nomo and all associated intellectual property — including the app design, code, and branding — are owned by OPC. You are granted a limited license to use the app as described in Section 4.

Content you view or create using nomo within your Notion workspace remains your own. We claim no ownership over your Notion data.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

nomo may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not store your payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

8. Apple App Store Terms

This Agreement is between you and OPC only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for nomo and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall govern.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.

9. Disclaimers

nomo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors
• Calendar data will always be in sync with your Notion workspace
• Changes made in the app will always be successfully delivered to Notion

We are not liable for any data loss, sync failures, or disruptions to Notion connectivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — nomo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Notion's API. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of Notion's services. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion's Terms of Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to nomo at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data including your OAuth token.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where OPC operates.
