By downloading or using Process, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Process helps you turn long-term goals into daily progress. The app lets you create goals, organize them into categories, break them down into milestones, log daily check-ins, track streaks, view statistics, and celebrate when you finish. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, synced through your personal iCloud account.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Process on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store rules.
You are responsible for the goals, milestones, check-ins, notes, and categories you enter into Process. Because this data is stored locally on your device (and, optionally, in your personal iCloud), we recommend keeping a separate backup (for example, an iCloud device backup) for anything important.
Reminders are delivered as local notifications by iOS. Delivery depends on your notification permissions, Focus modes, and device state. Process does not guarantee delivery of any specific reminder and should not be relied upon as the sole means of meeting a deadline.
Streak counts, velocity, and any projected completion dates shown in Process are derived from the check-in data you enter. They are intended as motivational signals, not precise forecasts, and may change as your data changes.
The Share Achievement feature renders a celebration card based on your goal data and saves it to your photo library. You are responsible for whatever you choose to share publicly from your photo library.
Process is a personal goal-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, fitness, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for the goals you set and the actions you take to pursue them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Process and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to missed deadlines or lost data.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms or if required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
