itmux Terms of Use

App Description

itmux is an SSH and tmux terminal client for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It lets you connect to your own servers over SSH, attach to persistent tmux sessions and panes, edit remote files, keep host-side notes, and view remote screens over VNC.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use itmux on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the servers, systems, and accounts you connect to. Only connect to systems you own or are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials, SSH keys, and devices secure.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and the acceptable-use policies of any system you access.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

itmux is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Terminal, file, and network operations can have real consequences on your servers; you are solely responsible for the commands you run and the changes you make.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, itmux and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any data loss, arising out of your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
